Phone Etiquette

We offer clients the ability to trade either electronically or by telephone. Telephone orders may be transacted from Sunday at 5:30 PM Chicago time until Friday at 2:00 Chicago time. When calling, please follow the accepted protocol:

STEP 1 - State your name and account number immediately.

STEP 2 - State the currency pair and the size of the desired transaction.

STEP 3 -The dealer will respond with a two sided market, first the bid followed by the offer.

STEP 4 - Client will either accept the bid or the offer or decline to trade.

STEP 5 - If a deal has been accepted, the dealer will confirm all trade information, including Trade ticket number, whether you bought or sold, the size of the transaction and the price.

All phone calls are recorded to ensure the integrity of the transaction.
